Paul Hartley

About Paul Hartley

Paul Hartley is a stock photographer who grew up in a small town near Kingston, Ont. He left in 1990 for the big city, but goes back to the country whenever he has the chance. He learned photography through reading and plenty of trial-and-error. He has worked for the Bancroft This Week newspaper, published in Ontario Gardener Magazine (one year of covers), Nature Canada Magazine, and Canadian Geographic. Paul finds inspiration everywhere whether it be by a lake in the country or on a city street, the things to explore and shoot are endless. He strives for a versatile style and is as comfortable shooting a beekeepers’ bees as he is shooting buildings in the city. Paul is also an admirer of photography among other art and hopes to exhibit his work someday. Watch for this stock photographer’s work ‘coming soon’ to a gallery near you. www.paulhartley.ca
